Use the File-to-File Transfer tool to copy any of the ID, Name, CMYK, and RGB data fields between two files opened in PatchTool. The two files must have the same number of patches. This tool is particularly useful to copy reference CMYK or RGB data into a measurement file when you intend to generate a profile from this file. When you place the mouse cursor in the “color ref.” column, you can see additional information on the file data. This information is shown below the table in green.
