Whenever you decide to keep the measurements done in Patch-Reader, you are presented with the CGATS file options dialog that presents options to be used for saving the CGATS compatible file. Shown above is the dialog as it appears after making Unconstrained measurements in the M0, M1, and M2 measurement conditions. You can export the data in a single file, with all measurements taken in all measurement conditions, or you can save the measurements in a separate file for each measurement condition, or in a single file in addition to separate files. The dialog appearance will vary depending on the available data and on the selected Patch-Reader chart type; for example, the "One file + Separate files" option is only available when you make Unconstrained measurements. The RGB and CMYK checkboxes are available only when you use a PatchTool file as reference to make Patch-Reader measurements since the RGB and CMYK values are taken directly from the reference file and NOT derived from measured data.
